2.) Sessions. Once you’re enrolled in our program subscription, your ForeverStrong training sessions are $20-28 per session. Price per session varies depending on how frequently you attend and the length of your commitment. We recommend training 2-3 session per week with your Instructor in our studio.

Q.) What happens during my first free session?
A.) When you call to schedule your first free session, we will learn about your goals, health & medical history and exercise limitations so we can design your first workout, especially for your needs, ability and fitness level.
Then, we will create your workout based on the info you provided. When you arrive, we will perform a fitness evaluation and then start your ForeverStrong Lift-Sculpt-Melt workout. Your instructor will be there every step of the way, teaching you the proper form for your movements and ensuring proper form. You’ll feel energized and refreshed!
Immediately after, we will present a custom personal training solution to fit your schedule, your needs and your budget. We will provide you with all the information you need to make a qualified decision. You can answer yes or no, both answers are okay. Our goal is to deliver the best possible experience so you leave feeling uplifted and motivated to get and stay in shape!
Q.) How long is my first ForeverStrong Session?
A.) Your actual workout will last about 55 minutes. Your entire first session will last about 90 minutes
