ForeverStrong Member Badge
Making the decision to leave the comfort groove and get in shape is hard enough. But to then lace up those sneakers and follow through with it? That requires the kind of determination that most don’t have. It demands something greater than physical strength: strength of mind.
Joining ForeverStrong is a commitment. Not just to your current self but to the future stronger, fitter version of yourself. It’s a signal of intent and an effort to hold yourself accountable .
That is commendable. And it is the reason that every person who joins our gym receives the ForeverStrong Member Badge.
ForeverStrong Fundamentals A: High Tension Techniques
Just about anyone can give you a few reps of a weight. But to do it correctly? That requires skill.
We’re interested in helping you build the kind of strength it takes to manage the weight of the world, but there’s more to lifting iron in the gym than just pure force. To maximize your time with us, you need to learn how to do away with sloppy, momentum-ridden lifting technique, and instead generate full tension through your muscles. That is what we teach you to do.
Earning the High Tension Techniques Badge signifies that you know how to get the very most out of every rep, no matter the load.
ForeverStrong Fundamentals B: Deadlift Mastery
The Deadlift is revered for good reason: it is a powerful posterior chain move that has the ability to rocket your fitness gains into the stratosphere.
Except there’s a catch: it’s not a straightforward exercise. Or should I say that it is one of the most butchered exercises of all time.
Being able to execute a textbook Deadlift takes time, effort, and plenty of practice. If you make it that far then you’re most deserving of our Deadlift Mastery Badge.
ForeverStrong Fundamentals C: Kettlebell Swing King
The Kettlebell Swing is an incredible full-body dynamic strength movement that shreds fat and conditions your body like few others. But just like our friend the Deadlift, it is easily misused and abused.
Also like the Deadlift, it requires one to become proficient at hip hinging, and getting to grips with the various technical aspects of the move.
Such is the difficulty of becoming a flawless swinger (yes, you heard me), that once you get there, we have no choice but to award you the Kettlebell Swing King Badge.
Core Cure Foundational Strength Program Badge
Our longest running program, Core Cure is designed to provide you with a supportive midsection of steel. Your core is really the root of all your performance – strength, stability, power – it all starts in the middle of your body. So one might say it’s pretty darn important.
During the cycle you can expect to train a range of different moves including Planks, Bird Dogs, Pallof Press, and Hollow Holds.
No matter what exercise you’re doing, the right amount of core tension will take your performance to the next level. Your reward for completing this program? A core that has your back! Literally. But we’ll also acknowledge your effort with the Core Cure Badge.
Climb & Conquer Functional Strength Training Program
While many ForeverStrong members want to make physical changes and look good (naked) in the mirror, there is a unifying desire amongst all our clients to simply feel better. They want a body that works well and allows them to enjoy all of life’s pursuits.
That is what our Climb & Conquer Functional Strength program is all about – challenging and improving our capacity for movement in everyday activities. Don’t worry, there’s no actual climbing involved, though the program does feature a ladder rep scheme that tests your mettle.
And if you conquer the mountain? (Figuratively – there aren’t any mountains involved, either) You’ll earn yourself the Climb & Conquer Badge.
Fit.Firm.Fierce Endurance Strength Program Badge
FFF is our strength endurance accelerator.
Strong muscles aren’t a whole lot of use if they don’t also have lasting power. The purpose of this program is to supplement your strength gains with some conditioning, and give you a full energy bar for both your gym work, and day-to-day activities.
After which we’ll recognize your fitness, your firmness, and your fierceness with the Fit.Firm.Fierce Badge.
Iron Body Armour Foundation Strength Program Badge
We make no bones about it: building raw strength is our north star. And it should be yours, too. Most of your fitness and health gains – strength, muscle, fat loss, body recomposition, improved hormonal profile – will come from lifting heavy weights, and that is why our Iron Body Armour program is such a crucial part of our training calendar.
In this program you’ll really push the boundaries of what you think is possible, challenging the limits of your strength against gravity and a whole load of iron. If you make it out the other side? You’ll get yourself the Iron Body Armour Badge.

Strong & Sculpted Functional Fitness Program Badge
This program is for anyone who wants to improve the functional components of their fitness – balance, coordination, and flexibility – while also training for more muscle tone and athleticism.
So…all of us, basically.
Here we blend together a range of movement and “sculpting” exercises that target joint health
and lean muscle growth.
After completing the program, you’ll feel and look better. Plus we award you the coveted
Strong & Sculpted Badge.
Triple Meltdown Strength Endurance Program Badge
Strength and movement ability are paramount for living your best life. To really reap the rewards of a good physique however, you also need a gas tank.
The Triple Meltdown program is geared towards building greater endurance, at both a muscular and cardiovascular level. As the pun-tastic name suggests, we turn all three Melt portions of each workout into an aerobic oriented barn burner.
To earn yourself the Triple Meltdown Badge, you’ll need to complete a gauntlet of weighted and non-weighted conditioning exercises at higher rep ranges.
