This is extremely important when doing kettlebell training to avoid injury.She always seems to find a way to explain the moves so that you get the most out of it and you don’t get hurt. She is constantly checking your form and making corrections when needed. I have been doing aerobics for years, but with Kelly I feel I can accomplish the same things and more in a shorter workout time. Kelly is also very enthusiastic and she focuses on total fitness and nutrition. She seems very well educated in her field.”
