“I absolutely love training with Kelly. She is super sweet and fun to be around and makes working out a great experience. I love the fact that her studio is exclusively for women, I feel comfortable while working out and have met some really great girls of all ages. Before I started training, I had never worked with weights before but now it is one of my favorite ways to work out!!! I’m somewhat small to begin with, but still managed to loose an inch and a half off of my waist in the first month and 3 lbs, which is great since the last 5-10 lbs seem to always be the hardest to get rid of!
